The Golf Club

I acknowledge that participation in activities at this golf simulator facility involves inherent risks, including but not limited to bodily injury, property damage, equipment malfunction, slips and falls, and injuries caused by golf clubs or golf balls.

I agree that I am voluntarily participating in all activities at this facility and assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of my actions.

I understand and agree that the facility, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not responsible or liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from my conduct, misuse of equipment, failure to follow posted rules, or negligence.

I acknowledge that alcohol may be available on the premises. I accept full responsibility for my own and my guests alcohol consumption and behavior. The facility is not responsible for any injury, damage, incident, or loss resulting from overconsumption of alcohol or impairment.

I agree that I am fully responsible for all guests I bring onto the premises. I accept liability for any damage, injury, or misconduct caused by my guests and agree to ensure they follow all facility rules and safety guidelines.

I agree to pay for any damage to equipment, property, or facilities caused by myself or my guests.
